Sales Executive Job Description

NETPAC is a leading distributor of premium networking and communication solutions. We represent top international brands and deliver cutting-edge products including UTP/FTP Cables, Patch Panels, Fiber Solutions, Wi-Fi Routers, and Access Points.

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Presentation, promotion, and sale of NETPAC's products using solid arguments to potential customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and meetings with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver suitable sales proposals and quotations.
  • Collaboration with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achievement of agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends.
  • Submission of regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (preferably in ICT/Networking industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Knowledge of networking products (e.g., CAT6 cables, patch panels, access points) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
