Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to lead the design, development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions for our enterprise-class products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement software architecture and applications according to business requirements and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot code-level problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to our development teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology and product roadmap discussions.
  • Participate in code review, refactoring and improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience designing and executing enterprise-class products.
  • More than 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Excellent proficiency and hands-on technical leadership in the following technologies:
    • .NET / .NET Core, Web Services
    • ReactJS, Typescript, KenduUI, CSS, HTML
    • Microservices, Containers, Service orchestration
    • SQL Server
    • Git, GitFlow, Linux
    Skills & Qualities:
    • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, agile environment.
    • Self-motivated, quick learner and responsive team player.
    • Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
