Job Overview
The role of a Manager Settlements involves overseeing and coordinating various market-related tasks. Key Responsibilities

  2. Equity Market Coordination: They will coordinate Equity Market trades and their settlement processes with relevant stakeholders, including brokers and counterparties.
  3. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role, as they will work closely with the bank, trustees, front office, and back office teams to facilitate seamless daily operations.
  4. Audit Compliance: The selected candidate will collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  5. Brokerage Management: They will coordinate with brokers and counterparties to optimize trade execution and settlement.

Requirements
  • Professional Experience: A strong background in back office operations, banking settlements, and financial institutions such as banks, microfinance banks, or non-banking financial institutions is essential for this role.
