Software Engineering Lead
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled leader to spearhead the development of high-performance web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
This position entails overseeing the creation of reusable components for web and mobile applications, optimizing performance and user experience across platforms, maintaining high code quality, and enforcing best practices. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with designers and backend developers for seamless integration and mentoring junior developers through code reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Oversight of software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership.
- Proficiency in React.js and React Native.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
- Familiarity with modern build tools including Webpack, Vite, or Metro.
