Job Summary

This role oversees daily operations related to office, technology, and industrial growth efforts. Key responsibilities include coordinating projects, ensuring compliance, developing program goals, serving as a liaison, preparing proposals, and analyzing methods.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates day-to-day activities for business growth initiatives.
  • Ensures project compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Develops, evaluates, and implements program goals and objectives for business growth.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for universities, colleges, and third-party resources.
  • Presents proposals to clients and responds to inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Assists in managing program budgets and makes recommendations to government officials.
  • Maintains records and reports related to assigned programs, including financial summaries.
  • Conducts research to identify emerging trends and services for incubator clients and affiliate members.
  • Designs marketing materials to promote program offerings.
  • Identifies funding sources for projects requiring financial assistance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, an individual must possess strong knowledge of business incubation programs, research methods, and applicable laws. They must also be able to network, recruit users, develop customized proposals, and close transactions.
