- Analyze customer credits, debits, payment history, and execute follow-ups as necessary.
- Handle client inquiries and disputes regarding collections with precision and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Generate reports tracking collections' performance and payment trends for data-driven decision-making.
- Identify areas for improvement in collection strategies by analyzing data.
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role related to collections or a similar field.
- Proven ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong accountability.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrates empathy towards clients.
