We are seeking a skilled Search Engine Marketing Executive to join our team at NECSOLS LIMITED. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive search engine marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Amazon and eBay PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of Amazon Advertising and eBay PPC & Promoted Listings. You will also possess advanced knowledge of PPC tools, campaign management tools, and reporting software, such as Scale Insights and Helium 10.

  • Campaign Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans that drive business growth and revenue.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing, relevant keywords for campaigns.
    • Set up and manage ad groups, portfolios, and campaigns to maximize sales and ROI.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, targeting, and placement.
    • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and ad placements to optimize campaign performance.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and KPIs (ACOS, ROAS, impressions, click-through rates).
    • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track progress, highlight successes, and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
  • Product Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure product listings (titles, descriptions, and bullet points) are optimized for PPC campaigns.
    • Ensure listings meet platform-specific requirements and are aligned with the latest SEO best practices.
  • Budget Oversight:
    • Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
    • Track and forecast monthly ad spend to avoid overspending and maximize returns.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on Amazon and eBay platforms.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and gaps in the market.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to align PPC strategies with business objectives.
    • Train and mentor junior PPC associates, if applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon and eBay PPC campaigns (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising and eBay PPC & Promoted Listings.
  • Advanced knowledge of PPC tools, campaign management tools, and reporting software.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
  • Excellent understanding of key eCommerce KPIs (ACOS, ROAS, CTR).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to stakeholders.
  • Google Ads certification or similar PPC certifications are a plus.
