Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Finance team.

This role is pivotal in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily finance department operations, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure financial statement accuracy and integrity while adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Support audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum CA (Finalist); CA Qualified preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in an IT-based organization.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performance finance and accounting teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis, including taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI.
  • Strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
