We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and be able to identify, connect, and engage with potential B2B leads on LinkedIn.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to relevant B2B prospects on LinkedIn.
- Craft and send personalized LinkedIn messages to generate interest in our CRM solutions.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and segment potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and performance metrics within the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve engagement rates.
- Monitor and optimize outreach strategies for better results.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in B2B or SaaS).
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to build rapport through messaging.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi).
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage outreach pipelines independently and meet targets regularly.
