The Asst. Warehouse Officer-Finished Goods is responsible for ensuring the receipt of goods from production, following storage protocols and recording everything in SAP.

\Manage Warehouse Operations: Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring safety and security measures are followed./li>Protect Storage Environments: Safeguard storage areas from severe weather, both indoors and outdoors./li>Fulfill Orders: Execute delivery and fulfillment processes to meet customer satisfaction and Perfect Order, DIFOT targets for domestic and export customers./li>Enhance Dispatch Quality: Reduce and maintain zero customer complaints by improving dispatch quality specifically of food grade dispatches to domestic and export customers./li>Handle Logistics: Manage inbound and outbound logistics following FIFO/FEFO principles/li>Maintain Equipment: Ensure continuous operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to avoid delays/li>Liaise with MHE Providers: Work closely with third-party contractors to ensure efficient execution of various tasks/li>Separate Special Stocks: Keep separate storage for block and off-code stocks, and coordinate with production for timely reprocessing, repacking or write-off/li>Coordinate with Production: Collaborate with the production team for effective storage space management/li>Participate in Audits: Actively take part in internal and external audits conducted by customers or third parties/li>Handle Emergencies: Effectively manage emergency situations, especially during changing weather conditions/li>Maintain Orderly Environment: Ensure the warehouse environment meets food and pharma-grade Quality Management Systems/li>Match Inventory with SAP: Keep physical inventory in sync with SAP records through regular counts/li>Coordinate Adjustments: Work with order processing and inventory controllers to make necessary adjustments/li>Pest Management: Participate in Integrated Pest Management activities to protect the integrity of finished goods/li>\

  • Generate and Update Reports: Regularly create and update reports and statistics to keep a detailed record of warehouse activities/li>
  • Optimize Logistics: Improve logistics management to boost overall efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction/li>
  • Maintain Warehouse Upkeep: Design and implement layout improvements, conduct equipment inspections, and manage repair and maintenance requests to ensure the warehouse is in top condition/li>
  • Identify and Address Hazards: Proactively spot, report, and address workplace hazards, safety risks, and opportunities for operational improvement/li>
  • Pursue Operational Excellence: Continuously strive for excellence in operations while maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) standards/li>
  • Execute Special Projects: Lead and successfully complete special projects assigned by supervisors or management/li>
  • Deploy Manpower Strategically: Allocate workforce effectively to meet organizational goals and ensure efficient staff scheduling/li>
  • Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators to evaluate and improve team performance/li>
