Job Description

The role of Senior Software Project Manager is to lead and deliver complex software projects. A proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget, is essential for this position.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor multiple concurrent software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective management of resources.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.
  4. Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders.
  5. Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, product, and marketing.
  7. Evaluate and improve project performance continuously.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira and Smartsheets).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
