Data Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments and cloud-based data solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy data integration solutions tailored for SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data across various systems.
- Implement real-time data capture (CDC) mechanisms to ensure timely data availability and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and optimize data flow architectures.
- Work closely with Azure or other cloud platforms to architect and manage cloud-based data integration solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across all data pipelines and integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, addressing bottlenecks and data issues proactively.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or a similar role.
- Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA data structures and integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with real-time data processing and CDC tools (e.g., Debezium, SAP SLT, Kafka).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Background in data governance and data security best practices.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and microservices architecture.
