About the Role

This is a transformative leadership journey with a forward-thinking organization.

You will define a capital investment plan aligning with a 5-year horizon of our site.

Oversee the capital investment process from initiation to fruition, ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets specifications.

Align with site management to provide a comprehensive view of investment plans, securing necessary resources for successful project completion.

Lead your team to meet project success criteria with strong adherence to timelines and budgets, and complete appraisals and close-out reports.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven leadership in projects and manufacturing within a similar environment.

- In-depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.

- Strong commercial insight to discern business issues and identify opportunities.

- Proven capability in leading engineering and maintenance teams.

- Resilience under pressure and excellent communication skills.
