Job Title: ICU Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ICU Care Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ICU Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. This includes monitoring patients' conditions, assessing their needs, and developing individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in ICU/Critical Care Technology and proven experience working as an ICU technician in a reputable hospital. They will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

  • Patient Assessment and Care: Monitor patients' vital signs, assess their conditions, and develop individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Medications and Treatments: Administer medications and provide treatments according to physicians' orders, ensuring accurate dosages and timely interventions.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain complete and accurate patient records, including charting and documentation of all interactions and interventions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet patients' unique needs.
  • Education and Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and protocols by attending educational workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in ICU/Critical Care Technology affiliated with Sindh Medical Faculty
  • Proven experience working as an ICU technician in a reputable hospital
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A patient and compassionate disposition
  • Good understanding of medical and safety protocols
