Software Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Expert to join our team as a WordPress developer. This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end development using WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage WordPress cloud hosting and ensure best practices for UX and website security.
  • Develop and enhance the front-end and back-end of a WordPress website using custom plugins, modules, and themes.
  • Lead the definition of great user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with engineering and product managers to support UI & UX implementation efforts.
  • Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems.
  • Conduct website performance tests, monitor the performance of the live website, and troubleshoot errors.
  • A/B testing landing pages and websites to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes (Git/GitLab, NPM), and debuggers in the software development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of experience in web UI/UX design and development using Photoshop, HTML, CSS3, jQuery, and responsive UI frameworks like Foundation, Bootstrap.
  • Hands-on experience in WordPress as a CMS, including knowledge of the latest trends and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and UI/UX capabilities for developing best-in-class web UI and UX.
  • Must have PHP programming experience and familiarity with WordPress Action/Filter Hooks and WordPress Rest API.
