Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, or a related field. They should be confident in building new client relationships and creating new opportunities to expand business in different directions.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies, monitoring industry trends and market conditions, analyzing the current customer base to identify potential sales opportunities, developing and testing unique business strategies and concepts, staying up-to-date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions, gathering important data and using it effectively, keeping a close check on changing trends and helping to improvise strategies according to market demand, managing international client dealings, searching for new customers, managing the sales pipeline, analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits, assisting in branding and media communication activities, analyzing budgets, expenses, sales, revenues, product deficiencies, recommending business growth and problem resolution strategies, maintaining a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations, managing customer calls and appointments, training and guiding marketing and business development associates, and providing recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, strong communication and presentation skills, a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements, familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with BD tools such as Sendinblue, critical thinking skills, analytical, and organized, excellent MS Office skills including email marketing.
