Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Visual Communications Specialist to drive creative growth.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography, as well as proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Effective Assets: Develop and create visually appealing and engaging Facebook ads, social media creatives, and other marketing materials that align with our brand and marketing goals.
  2. Data-Driven Design: Utilize data and insights to continuously improve creative performance and ensure designs are optimized for engagement and conversion.
  3. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creatives remain cutting-edge.
  4. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  5. Creative Input: Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrated Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective design work, preferably with a focus on Facebook ads and social media marketing.
  2. Proficiency in Design Software: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  3. Visual Storytelling: Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
  5. Digital Marketing Principles: Familiarity with digital marketing principles and the ability to interpret performance data to inform design decisions.
  6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
