We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to oversee product development, manage costing, and negotiate prices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing production timelines, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining open communication with internal and external partners.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage production timelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and timescales.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with compliance teams for factory audits and corrective action plans.
  • Update internal customers on production status and shipment details.
  • Oversee operational activities from proto sample development to production tracking.
  • Communicate order details and requirements to suppliers/production units.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in merchandising.
  • Knowledge of Socks manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for product presentation and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and meticulous.
