We are seeking a travel professional with a strong background in corporate key account management and IATA agency ticketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize Sabre and Galileo systems to efficiently manage client bookings, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal results.
  2. Deliver exceptional client service, handling both walk-in and existing clients with professionalism and poise.
  3. Identify and develop business opportunities by engaging new corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships and driving growth.
  4. Process Umra and Hajj travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  5. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in an IATA agency ticketing counter, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of Sabre and Galileo systems, with the ability to navigate complex technology platforms.
  • Experience in corporate key account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent client service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of Umra and Hajj processing, with the ability to provide expert guidance.
  • Ability to develop business opportunities, with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
