Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about empowering employees and driving business success.

The Learning and Development Coordinator plays a key role in the efficient management of participant records, providing structured reporting, and contributing to compliant learning programs. This position is vital for optimizing the employee experience and improving business performance.

This coordinator directly supports the People Team's objective of co-creating teams that drive 30%+ annual growth by:

  1. Managing participant records and running reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  2. Creating live sessions, uploading SCORM files, and administering the LMS, including user management, course uploads, enrollment, and system configuration
  3. Generating standard and custom reports from the LMS to track training completion, progress, and effectiveness
  4. Supporting the Learning and Development team with logistical aspects of our training programs, including uploading e-learning courses, assigning and inviting participants to instructor-led training, and workshops

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Detail and process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
