Job Title: Business Growth Associate
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional with deep knowledge of digital marketing services to handle lead conversion, upselling, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage and close potential clients through inbound/outbound calls and live chats.
- Convert provided leads into paying customers through persuasive communication and needs-based selling.
- Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services including:
- Website Development
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)
- Graphic Designing
- Content Writing
- UI/UX Designing
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (digital marketing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
