We seek a skilled Email Marketing Campaign Strategist to develop and execute impactful email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience crafting engaging email content, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving measurable results.

Your role involves creating, executing, and analyzing email campaigns that engage our audience and align with brand goals. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  2. Crafting compelling email content, including copy and visuals, that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
  3. Managing email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies to target specific audience groups.
  4. Conducting A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
  5. Maintaining high email deliverability rates through the implementation of email validation tools and processes.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to interpret data to improve performance. Proficiency in email marketing platforms is essential, as is excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email designing best practices is also required.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management and analytics.
