At Leading Edge, we are seeking an exceptional Digital Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will develop comprehensive social media strategies for all regions, aligned with company growth goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and proficiency with Canva. You will be responsible for creating engaging content for various social media platforms in multiple formats, writing copy for social media assets and video scripts, and managing social media content calendar and organizing digital data repository.

You will also collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure brand alignment, manage communication with audience on social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and utilize analytics tools to track key metrics and evaluate campaign performance.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, who is proficient in writing technical content for marketing & branding collateral, including product brochures, white papers, case studies, articles, website, company profile, press releases, print branding collateral, email marketing, and newsletters.

A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience with paid social advertising is a plus. If you have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and can multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

Please include samples of relevant B2B content writing and links to social media accounts managed in your portfolio. Provide links to your best social media campaigns with analytics, and be prepared to discuss how you can drive business growth through effective social media strategy.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO.
