Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and creative projects across various mediums.

This role involves developing visually appealing concepts and designs for brand campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative visual elements such as illustrations, infographics, and other supporting content.

  3. Maintain and enhance our visual brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all materials.
  4. Develop high-quality assets consistently and efficiently, balancing speed, style, and scale.
  5. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visual content fresh and innovative.
  6. Provide conceptual and creative ideas for impactful marketing campaigns.
  7. Understand visual hierarchy to deliver clear and effective information.
Requirements:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects across various mediums.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • An excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience in designing for digital marketing, including social media, email, and web.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
