Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with visibility partners and category teams to create sustainable and reusable assets for instore visibility.

This includes ensuring that all visibility operations are on track, with a focus on instore work pertaining to visibility. Key Responsibilities:

  • To track and address field requests for any instore work related to visibility.
  • Maintain a record of asset deployments, lift back, and re-utilization of assets.
  • Follow the modern trade playbook to ensure uniformity in executions across different channels.
  • Manage end-to-end process of payments to visibility partners.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional budget for all categories and instore activities.
  • Propose and work on cost-effective and scalable branding/merchandising options for enhancing trade visibility.
  • Keep track of ongoing projects and update stakeholders accordingly.
  • Evaluate audit compliance from PO raising to payment processing to vendors.
  • Develop innovative and clutter-breaking visibility solutions with visibility partners.
  • Regularly track competitor activities and create dynamic reporting systems.
  • Prepare customized solutions (wherever required) in alignment with channels.
  • Ensure all structure productions and deployments by visibility partners adhere to safety standards.
