Teaching Position in Geotechnical Engineering

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our faculty as an instructor in Geotechnical Engineering at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time teaching position, with a focus on delivering high-quality lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions to students.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curricula, assessments, and evaluation methods that align with industry standards.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, the selected candidate will be expected to engage in research and publishing activities related to Geotechnical Engineering. This may involve collaborating with colleagues, attending conferences, and contributing to academic publications.

Key Requirements
  • PhD in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Compliance with HEC criteria for faculty appointments, including relevant experience and publications.
Responsibilities
  • Delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Developing and implementing curricula, assessments, and evaluation methods.
  • Conducting research and publishing in relevant fields.
  • Supervising student projects and thesis work.
  • Participating in departmental and institutional activities.
