Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Game Developer with expertise in Unreal Engine 5 to lead our team in creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing game mechanics and interactive features. Your strong technical skills and collaboration abilities will ensure that our games meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize game mechanics and interactive experiences.
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to bring the vision of the project to life.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into functional game features.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in game development or related field.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, including Blueprints and C++.
  • Experience with 3D game development workflows, including level design, asset integration, and lighting.
  • Familiarity with UE5's real-time rendering, Nanite, and Lumen technologies.
  • Strong understanding of optimization techniques for performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
