Job Title: Senior Sitecore Developer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining enterprise-level digital solutions using Sitecore.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sitecore versions 9 & 10, Headless JSS, Sitecore SXA, and Sitecore XM Cloud, and should be capable of delivering high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions in a collaborative team environment.

  1. Collaborate with Team Members: Interact with team members to identify problems and solutions in working toward project goals.
  2. Develop Technical Specifications: Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements.
  3. Drive Communication: Drive communication with potential customers through effective product demonstrations, understand their needs, and provide feedback to product teams.
  4. Develop Components: Develop components of the technical solution.
  5. Coordinate with Teammates: Coordinate with teammates in creating customer components and applications.
  6. Perform Tests: Perform tests according to a test plan and document results.
  7. Provide Support: Provide basic support and debugging in test and production environments.
  8. Identify Problems: Identify and escalate problems.
  9. Maintain Applications: Maintain and repair existing applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Experience in Sitecore: Strong experience in Sitecore 9, 10 XP/XM/SXA/Headless JSS.
  • CMS Knowledge: Good knowledge of Sitecore CMS, Visual Studio, TFS, and at least one of the .NET languages (C#, ASP.NET).
  • Web Architecture: Deep understanding of web protocols, architecture, infrastructure, servers (IIS), proxies, load balancing, high availability, and databases.
  • Modern Patterns: Knowledge of modern patterns and practices: unit testing, inversion of control, repository, MVC, and continuous integration.
  • Unicorn and TDS: Experience with Unicorn and TDS.
  • SOLR Search: SOLR Search experience.
