Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence in our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of received products to verify compliance with established quality standards.

  • Monitor packing processes and protocols to ensure adherence to set procedures and specifications.

  • Issue non-conformance reports against deviations and ensure closure with corrective and preventive actions.

  • Collaborate closely with the packing team to address quality issues and implement corrective measures.

  • Evaluate finished products by confirming compliance against specifications and reject items or parts having non-conformity or component shortage.

  • Provide feedback and preventive action against customer complaints and QA observations to avoid future issues.

  • Analyze problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action and preventive measures.

  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain controlled files along with snaps and records in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
