Job Title: Maintenance Technician Specialist

About the Role
The Maintenance Technician I/II is a crucial position responsible for ensuring high equipment availability and reliability at our Technical Services department. This role prioritizes safety and cost efficiency while performing various tasks.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct regular servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to guarantee optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Perform assigned tasks by the Supervisor to ensure seamless operation of our facilities.
- Learn and implement operational checks and tasks on various equipment for preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
- Input spare parts requirements into the Workshop Parts Request online form accurately and in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- Verify that spare parts replacement is authorized to maintain inventory control and minimize waste.
- Demonstrate good work practices to junior technicians and lead by example to foster a culture of excellence within the team.
- Adhere to safety policies, practices, and administrative procedures to ensure compliance and enforcement, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Possess a minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle, Mechatronics, or Diesel Mechanics from a reputable institution.
- Preferably have relevant experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, & Pneumatic systems to enhance technical capabilities.
- Hold a minimum LTA Class 3 driving license or higher to facilitate transportation and logistics needs.
