At Vire Technologies, we seek an accomplished Design Lead with a flair for innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in print and electronic media, with the ability to translate concepts into captivating images and layouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough user research, including contextual inquiry and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
  2. Create exceptional deliverables that showcase projects, quality thought, storytelling, and creative expression.
  3. Develop prototypes, detailed page schematics, sketches, interaction flows, site maps, navigation systems, and web-appropriate writing that exceed expectations.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in sketching/using whiteboard during real-time development efforts.
  5. Integrate business strategy and branding principles with user needs and technological constraints.
  6. Possess strong web development skills, including website editing, creating application mockups, website layouts, HTML coding (including CSS coding), table-based and table-less HTML coding.
  7. Exhibit exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
  8. Maintain attention to detail, with strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience designing and conducting user research.
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating your approach to projects.
  • Excellent deliverables showcasing quality thought and storytelling.
  • Able to understand how to apply business strategy and branding issues with user needs and technological constraints.
  • Web development skills, including website editing, create application mockups, website layouts, HTML coding (include CSS coding, table based and table less HTML coding).
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
