Job Description

The role involves working with our HRIS system, Workday, to maintain data quality and enforce data governance. This position is focused on customer service and requires a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.

We are seeking an individual who can assist in developing and delivering reports and training in Workday as needed. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness of manager self-service approvals.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for responding to basic questions about Workday processes and conducting tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting. Additional tasks include providing general support in Workday, such as loading data, running reports, and managing security settings.

In this role, you will meet with internal stakeholders to discuss project requirements and document solutions. You will also engage with the Workday community to stay up-to-date on new technical functionality and provide guidance to key stakeholders on system capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
