Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for writing server-side web application logic using PHP. You will develop back-end components, connect the application with other web services, and support front-end developers by integrating their work with the application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements to determine software solutions
  • Estimate assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Write high-quality code and unit tests to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Tune your code for enhanced security and performance
  • Maintain systems by fixing any existing issues and updating issue tracking software
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate with stakeholders
  • Control versions of your code and collaborate with other team members
  • Research new technologies and upgrade skills and knowledge to stay current

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in professional industry as a software developer
  • Strong knowledge of core PHP and MVC frameworks
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Able to identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Help maintain code quality and contribute to team success
  • Responsible for code, test, deploy, and scale SaaS-based products using PHP and MySQL
