**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to oversee the vendor lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to performance monitoring and contract management. This role ensures that vendors meet quality, cost, compliance, and delivery expectations while fostering strategic partnerships that align with our organization's goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on criteria such as price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and vendor performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and address service issues.
  • Ensure all vendors comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and vendor metrics.
  • Experience with vendor management systems (VMS).
