System Support Specialist

Job Description

Closely coordinate between secondary sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the complete secondary sales solution including head office modules, distributor modules, mobile applications, decision support systems, and integrations with primary and secondary systems as well as SAP Business Warehouse.
  • Ensure backup and maintenance activities at distributors.
  • Deployment, issue tracking, and resolution management for SndPro at distributors.
  • Software updates and new releases testing to ensure updated and bug-free software at distributors.
  • Preparation of installation guides for new features and modules.
  • MIS operations and helpdesk support.
