Finance Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in finance management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to develop financial strategies, forecast financial performance, and ensure accurate and timely financial reports.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and projections for senior management and external stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure that the company's financial goals are met
• Manage the company's cash flow and investments to optimize returns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is integrated into decision-making processes
• Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other financial filings

Requirements:

• ACCA/ Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance management
• Proven track record of success in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with financial software and systems
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
