Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement control systems to prevent or address violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and make improvements as needed.
  3. Periodically review and revise procedures, reports, etc., to identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.
  4. Provide guidance and training to colleagues on compliance matters when necessary.
  5. Stay current with regulatory developments within and outside the organization, as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
  6. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Proven experience as a regulatory compliance specialist in the US Healthcare Industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the US Healthcare industry's standards and regulations.
  3. Strong expertise in Ms. Excel.
  4. Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
  5. A strong business acumen and a commitment to legality.
  6. Methodical and diligent with excellent planning abilities.
  7. An analytical mind that can understand complex procedures and regulations.
  8. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
