Appointment Setter Required For Night Shift

We are seeking skilled Call Center Agents to handle USA-based appointment scheduling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate cold calling campaigns to identify potential business prospects and understand their needs.
  • Effectively introduce our services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Qualify leads by assessing client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred for experienced candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with potential clients is crucial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
