Automation Workflow Engineer

Job Overview:
This role entails maintaining and refining existing automation workflows for efficient candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize and improve existing automation workflows for high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.
- Enhance stability, troubleshoot issues, and make refinements to the workflows.
- Collaborate with founders and technical lead to refine automation processes.
- Work with team members to identify and resolve automation-related challenges.
- Contribute to the development of new automation tools and features.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with automation tools, including building and debugging complex workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON.
- Ability to read and write JavaScript and understand low-code/no-code logic.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs in general.
- Attention to detail when testing automations.
- Experience working with recruitment workflows is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Reliable internet connection; own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset.
