Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our in-house legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on real estate law, managing legal disputes, and supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including purchase, lease, and joint venture contracts.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for real estate projects, identifying potential risks and solutions.
  • Support compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory filings.
  • Manage legal disputes and collaborate with internal and external legal teams.

Requirements:

  • LLB (Hons.) with preference for candidates holding LPC, BPTC, or LLM.
  • At least 3 years of legal experience, including real estate transactions.
  • Proven skills in drafting agreements, legal research, and negotiation.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
