Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Medical Officer to join our esteemed team in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with consultants, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Main Responsibilities- Patient Care: Assist consultants in outpatient and inpatient areas, ensuring seamless coordination and effective patient management.
- Initial Evaluations: Conduct initial evaluations, investigations, and manage patients to ensure timely and appropriate disposition.
- Clinical Judgement: Provide quality patient care according to planned care, demonstrating clinical judgement and documentation skills.
- Supervision: Supervise medical officers on rotations, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Procedure Performance: Perform common procedures under consultant supervision, promoting professional growth and development.
About the Role
- Qualifications: Hold an MBBS degree with a valid license from Pakistan Medical Commission.
- Experience: Possess at least five years of relevant experience for MBBS qualified individuals or three years for those with MCPS training.
- Skillset: Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills, to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
- Availability: Show willingness to work in shift duties, supporting our 24/7 operations.
- Reference Checks: Pass comprehensive employment reference checks.
