Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance/Commerce from a recognized university and at least 10 years of experience in the Bills & Accounts Section of an Oil & Gas sector entity.

The role involves supervising and monitoring various aspects of bills payable and payroll, including validating invoices, performing recalculation of payment vouchers, and scrutinizing cash imprest advances.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing and validating approved invoices for road restoration, rent of rented premises, and transport bills.

In addition, the candidate will need to monitor and prepare MIS on a monthly basis for GST, WHT, and SST, and coordinate with senior management and other departments to resolve issues related to payments and budget.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Bills & Accounts Section of an Oil & Gas sector entity.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, regional managers, and other departments.
  • You are proficient in financial software and systems, with knowledge of GST, WHT, and SST regulations.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
