About the Role:

Job Overview

We're building a next-generation platform that brings creators, businesses, and communities together. To accelerate growth, we need a seasoned partnerships manager who can recruit, onboard, and activate influencers and content creators across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets. If you have excellent sales and negotiation skills, are familiar with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram ecosystems, and have a data-driven mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

The right candidate will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of influencers and creators, pitching and negotiating partnership deals, guiding creators through onboarding and activation, and developing incentive programs and growth challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of influencers & creators across multiple platforms.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that bring creators onto our platform.
  • Guide creators through onboarding, activation, and first campaign launch.
  • Develop incentive programs, referral schemes, and growth challenges for creators.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
  • A proven record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills — comfortable in DMs, email, and calls.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset — you care about performance, not vanity metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
