Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Officer to join our team in Pakistan. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing the storage and movement of materials while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and issuing packaging materials in line with standard procedures.
  • You will also be required to maintain compliance with QMS (Quality Management System), EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and regulatory policies.

Some of your daily tasks may include conducting cycle counts and supporting annual physical stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy, preparing and maintaining process-related documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and identifying risks in warehouse operations and implementing mitigation plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
  • Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and EHS compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
