We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior team leadership or management experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic.

The Software Engineering Team Lead will oversee all phases of development, from concept to implementation, including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment. This individual will also collaborate with product managers to define product specifications, timelines, and deliverables.

The Software Engineering Team Lead will provide hands-on technical guidance, including code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring team members to ensure the adoption of best practices. Additionally, they will balance short-term needs with long-term scalability, performance, and security requirements.

About the Role

This role requires a proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams to deliver successful products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality DeFi Dapps products, ensuring alignment with business and product goals.
  • Oversee all phases of development, from concept to implementation, including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance, including code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring team members to ensure the adoption of best practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software engineering focusing on DeFi Dapp, mobile app or Web applications.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams to deliver successful products.
  • Strong experience with web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with programming languages such as Node.JS, TypeScript, or Python and frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile-first development practices, third-party integrations, and API usage.
