Social Media Manager

This role involves managing and executing timely postings on various social media platforms, analyzing social media metrics, collaborating with designers, coordinating with teams, supporting special projects, and minuting meeting minutes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in branding, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices is essential.
Skills Required:
- Branding and Social Media Management: Proven experience in branding, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Numerical Literacy: Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Digital Media Management: Proven experience in digital media management, including social media, content creation, and website management.
- Adaptability: Must be adaptable to changes and able to work under pressure.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the issues faced by IT Industry will be preferred.
Education/Eligibility:
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
