We are seeking a dynamic and creative social media expert to join our marketing team. The role involves developing, implementing and managing the organization's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences and best practices. They will also be proficient in social media management tools, analytics and scheduling platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create and curate engaging, relevant and high-quality content for all social media platforms.
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to and engage with comments, messages and conversations across social media channels.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with product launches, events, promotions and other marketing initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent work experience). They will also have proven experience as a social media expert or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

A creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging platforms is essential for this role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also required.
