Job Description

About the Role:

Creative Content Specialist is responsible for crafting engaging copy, developing compelling content, and scripting dynamic content to drive brand storytelling and meet marketing objectives.

  • Craft original, engaging copy for emails, social media, videos, and campaigns that reflect our brand voice.
  • Develop compelling content for brochures, profiles, pitch decks, and calendars that captivate our audience.
  • Script dynamic content for podcasts, event videos, and tutorials that inspire action and drive results.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and publish high-quality content across social platforms to meet marketing goals.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar with fresh, engaging ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Write impactful snippets from podcasts and interviews for social media posts and reels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Quality Assurance & Project Management

  • Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with agencies, vendors, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality content that meets our standards.
  • Support the timely execution of content calendars and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to enhance our content strategy and stay ahead of the competition.

Special Projects & Initiatives

  • Deliver special assignments with creativity, innovation, and a focus on meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in creative content creation and management
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
