About the role

Career Overview:

  • This senior administrative position will provide high-level support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CFO's daily schedule, work calendars, appointments, and ongoing tasks.
  • Communication and Follow-up: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and task completions on behalf of the CFO.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings for the CFO, including preparing minutes, noting down tasks and delivery dates, and distributing to attendees and responsible individuals.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain records, process documents, worksheets, invoices, and receipts for the CFO.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodation for the CFO, maintaining itineraries and coordinating plans.
  • Data Backup: Ensure timely weekly backups of important data, maintaining organized and accessible storage.
  • Knowledge Update: Stay current on company information, layouts, relationships, key positions, and contacts across the group and company products.
  • Project Execution: Deliver on assigned special projects and complete all administrative tasks, including engagements with service providers, vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Business Information Technology (BBIT), Commerce (B.COM), or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient written and spoken English language skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required.
