Project Manager Position
Are you a highly skilled project manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in project management and at least 2-3 years of experience in software project management. You should be able to handle pressure situations, make decisions independently, and have excellent team management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based software projects and possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. Additionally, you should have extensive knowledge of software development and the ability to write code, especially in PHP/Laravel.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope, measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and following Agile development methodologies. You will also be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and approach, managing project scope, schedule, and costs, and handling changes effectively.

You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and manage relationships with them. Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills are required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership qualities and decision-making capabilities are also essential.
